Mirinda Carfrae has been the dominant force in women's Ironman racing for the last several years. This year, she looks to clinch her fourth World Title and put her in the rare company of athletes with virtually unchallenged domination in this sport. We caught her during a training ride on the Queen K and took some quick spy shots of her rig. There are some interesting details going on here worth a mention.
