We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a defect in materials or workmanship, we’re here to help. Here is our Consumer Limited Warranty covers and does not cover.
✅ What’s Covered:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Issues that occur under normal use within 1 year of purchase

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser
❌ What’s Not Covered:

Products purchased from authorized retailers (Please reach out to the store to start a warranty through the point of sale).

Damage due to misuse, modification, improper installation, or crash

Normal wear and tear
-
Cosmetic blemishes that do not affect performance
- Products purchased secondhand or from unauthorized TriRig retailers
📦 To Start a Warranty Claim:

Email info@tririg.com --> We'll be happy to file the claim for you. To process the claim please include the TriRig order number, tight shots of the defective product, a photo of how the product was mounted and a description of the breakage with relevant background information.

The evaluation process can take up to 7 business days.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty replacements.

We reserve the right to request you to send the defective product back to us for inspection.
- We do not issue refunds for approved warranty claims, only replacements.
