Issues that occur under normal use within 1 year of purchase

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser

Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or secondhand

Damage due to misuse, modification, improper installation, or crash

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic blemishes that do not affect performance
📦 To Start a Warranty Claim:

Provide your original TriRig order number

Send clear photos of the issue

Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty replacements (economy shipping rates rage from $5-$8).
- We do not require you to send the defective product back
We handle all warranty claims with care — and reserve the right to repair, replace, or deny claims based on product condition and warranty eligibility.
