We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a defect in materials or workmanship, we’re here to help.

✅ What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Issues that occur under normal use within 1 year of purchase

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser

❌ What’s Not Covered:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or secondhand

  • Damage due to misuse, modification, improper installation, or crash

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic blemishes that do not affect performance

📦 To Start a Warranty Claim:

  • Provide your original TriRig order number

  • Send clear photos of the issue

  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty replacements (economy shipping rates rage from $5-$8). 

  • We do not require you to send the defective product back 

We handle all warranty claims with care — and reserve the right to repair, replace, or deny claims based on product condition and warranty eligibility.
