TriRig Ultra-Low Dust Covers

No returns on Dust Covers.

These are the ultra-low-profile dust covers we developed for the Alpha X and Sigma X front ends. They replace the standard dust cap on your bike, allowing up to 30mm of stack reduction and a much cleaner look. Aerodynamically, it's usually preferable to slam your stem and achieve your pad stack via the use of aerobar pad spacers.

Now you can slam your stem all the way to the headset, safely and easily. These Dust Covers fit most 1-1/8" headsets will fit 1-1/4". Each one is 1mm thick and individually machined from T6-6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, media-blasted for a beautiful satin finish, hard anodized, and laser-etched with the TriRig logo. Each one includes four 0.25mm stainless steel micro-shims for spacing upwards if needed to clear your particular headset.

Shipping times depend on the option selected at checkout and your location. Estimated transit times are shown at checkout.

Orders may move through shipping partners before final delivery. Tracking updates can occasionally appear to move “out of direction” before routing correctly to your local carrier facility.

• All returns, exchanges and claims are handled through our self serve portal.
• Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Item must be in brand new condition, uninstalled with no blemishes and complete with all original materials and packaging.
• Item must be in resell-able/re-stockable condition.

• We reserve the right to deny any returns who do not meet the return conditions above. 
• If an individual item lists a deviation from this policy (such as no returns), then that deviation applies, and supersedes this return policy.
• International returns: Accepted on a case by case basis. We do not provide return labels for international returns. Orders unprotected by checkout+ are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 
• Limited warranty is valid for 1 year after purchase date. 
• Extended warranty (purchased with Redo) is valid for 2 years after purchase date.
