Kona 2016: Cervelo P5X Spy Shots

By now it's no secret that Cervelo is launching its new tri bike flagship, the P5X, tomorrow. But we managed to catch one riding down the Queen K today, and present our findings to you here. Enjoy!

The P5X is a beam bike, whose seatpost can telescope below its clamp. Here we can see the rear half. There appears to be a storage box in front of the BB, similar to the Diamondback Andean. And like the Diamondback, Cervelo has opted for disc brakes, which unfortunately stick out into the wind quite obtusely. Rear bottles integrated into the setup. Above the BB is another storage box, it appears. A couple more shots of the complete frame.
