TriRig Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a defect in materials or workmanship, we’re here to help.

✅ What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Issues that occur under normal use within 1 year of purchase

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser

❌ What’s Not Covered:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or secondhand. (Please reach out to the dealer (point of sale))

  • Damage due to misuse, modification, improper installation, or crash

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic blemishes that do not affect performance

📦 To Start a Warranty Claim:

  • Email info@tririg.com --> we'll be happy to file the claim for you. To process the claim clease include the TriRig order number, tight shots of the defective product, a photo of how the product was mounted and a description of the breakage with relevant background information. 

  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty replacements (economy shipping rates rage from $5-$8, please note that international shipping rates will be higher). 

  • We do not require you to send the defective product back
