FAQs

Our virtual bike fit is very thorough and detailed from start to finish. Our current pricing is always in our booking system and up to date there. The process takes approximately 1.5 hours.

Yes, as long as it is a road bike, time trial, or triathlon bike.

As the seasons change, so does your bike fit.
Our bodies evolve throughout the year, and a few key factors can guide when it’s time to reassess your fit:

  • Body Weight Changes: Significant weight changes can affect how you move on the bike—consider a fit update if this applies to you.
  • Flexibility: As you get more mobile, your position on the bike can improve. Keep stretching—you don’t want to ride like Mr. Burns!
  • Strength Gains: More strength = better stability. As you get stronger, your posture and movement patterns on the bike might shift.
  • New Gear: Thinking about new shoes or a saddle? That’s a great time to check in on your fit, too.

See answer to question above. Usual would be every 10 to 14 months. The more you ride, the more reason to take care of yourself on a regular basis and update your bike fit setup.

Absolutely important is a good side view from the bike with a good fixed camera position approximately 9 to 12 ft away from the bike. We need to be able to see from the bottom of the pedal circle including your shoes of course, to the top of your head if possible in the view screen of your camera. Off the bike is the same thing, we need to be able to see you from a distance from the camera and ideally your feet to your head.

Yes of course.

You will need to have your bike setup on a stationary trainer so that you are able to pedal during the fit process.

Wear whatever tri suit/cycling kit you race in. Have your aero helmet close by.

Yes, we can!

We can help with both!

Yes, we will send you a recording of the call, text summary, and product recommendations.

Yes, contact the individual fitter via email.

You will need to schedule a new bike fit.

We recommend riding in the new position for a few hours to get accustom to it.
