Return Policy / Start a Return


  •  If you added Checkout+ at checkout: Free return label & no restocking fee.
    If you did not add Checkout+: 15% restocking fee & customer-paid return shipping.

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions below regardless if Checkout+ was purchased: 
    • Items must be new, unused and uninstalled.
    • Items must include their original packaging with all mounting hardware.
    • Items are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. 
    • Photos are required with all returns for quality-assurance purposes.
      • We may request additional photos or information to verify the item’s condition; claims may be declined if required evidence isn’t provided.
    • Any product that lists "non returnable" are not eligible for return/exchange through checkout+. 


Return Inspection & Eligibility Notice:

All returned items are subject to manual inspection upon arrival at our fulfillment partner.

Returned items must match the condition selected during the return request and include all original hardware, components, and packaging.

Items that are missing hardware, incomplete, used, installed, or that otherwise do not meet our return standards may be denied.

If a return is denied following inspection, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense

Note on International Returns: 

International returns (outside of Canada): accepted on a case-by-case basis due to customs/processing — please email info@tririg.com to start a manual return.

We do not provide return labels for international returns. Orders unprotected by checkout+ are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
