 If you added Checkout+ at checkout: Free return label & no restocking fee.
If you did not add Checkout+: 15% restocking fee & customer-paid return shipping.

  • All returns are subject to the following conditions below:
  • Please keep in mind that purchasing Checkout+ does not remove the return conditions. 
  • Items must be unused / uninstalled.
  • Items must include their original packaging.
  • Items are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Photos are required with all returns / warranty claims for quality-assurance purposes.
  • We may request additional photos or information to verify the item’s condition; claims may be declined if required evidence isn’t provided.
  • Any product that lists "non returnable" are not eligible for return/exchange through checkout+. 

 

International Returns:

International returns (outside of Canada): accepted on a case-by-case basis due to customs/processing — please email info@tririg.com to start a manual return.

We do not provide return labels for international returns. Orders unprotected by checkout+ are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
