Profile Wing Super-X Plate Installation Guide

Profile Wing Super-X Plate 

1. Prepare the Basebar

• Start with a bare Profile Wing basebar (no spacers or plates installed).

• Identify the mounting holes on each side of the bar.

2. Install Washers and Through Bolts

• Place a washer onto each M6 through bolt.

• Insert the M6 through bolts upward from the underside of the bar, passing them through the mounting holes (each side should use two M6 bolts accompanied by two washers). 

• Leave the bolts loose at this stage.

3. Stack Spacers

• Start with the metal washer then stack the three spacers (that come with the Profile Wing basebar) on top of the M6 bolts.

4. Install the Tilt Topper

• Place the tilt topper on top of the spacer stack.

• The topper is what enables pad tilt adjustment, so ensure it is oriented correctly before proceeding.

5. Position the SuperX Plate

• Set the Super-X plate on top of the tilt topper, aligning the barrel nut slot intoo the topper.

6. Tighten the Assembly

• Using a 5 mm hex wrench, tighten the M6 through bolts from the underside of the bar.

• Alternate between left and right sides to draw the assembly down evenly.

8. Set and Verify Tilt

• Adjust the tilt angle as desired.

• Confirm that both sides are set to the same angle before final tightening.

• Recheck bolt tightness after the angle is finalized.
