Sawtooth Monopost — Installation Guide 

📌 Important Note: The Alpha One is compatible with the Sawtooth Monopost. Please ensure to order the Sawtooth Monopost + Sawtooth (Alpha Prime) Wedge. 

Step 1 — Loosen and Remove Existing Hardware

  1. Loosen the wedge fixing screw to release clamping tension and remove existing monopost.

3. Remove set screw completely and take the old wedge out. 

Step 2 — Install the Stainless Steel Wedge

  1. Insert the new stainless steel wedge into the Alpha Prime base.

  2. Ensure it is fully seated and oriented correctly.

Step 3 — Install the Sawtooth Monopost

  1. Insert the Sawtooth Monopost into the assembly.

  2. Reinstall the set screw.

📌 You may need to back the set screw out slightly to ensure the monopost is seated fully on a tooth, not between two teeth.

Step 4 — Final Tightening

  1. Once proper tooth engagement is confirmed, tighten the wedge fixing screw.

  2. Torque to 14 Nm.

Final Check ✔️

  • Confirm the monopost is locked securely with no vertical movement

  • Verify full tooth engagement

  • Recheck torque after initial setup
