Step 1 - Remove velcro backed padding from Scoops. Simply pull the pad from one end to remove.
Step 2 - Making sure you have the correct side (right or left as they are different shapes), simply align the velcro pad with the Scoop and press down firmly to make sure the pad is securely attached to the Scoop.
