Política de reembolso

Unless otherwise stated in an individual item description, all store items are subject to the following return policy:

• Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Item must be in brand new condition, complete with all original materials and original packaging.
• If an item is returned to us in a non-restockable condition (damaged packaging, visible scratches, dents, nicks, scrapes from installation, missing hardware), we will re-ship the item(s) back to the customer at their expense.
• We inspect every return that is returned to the warehouse

• All returns will use the Return Portal
• Canadian customers can use the Return Portal 
• International customers much reach out to info@tririg.com to start a return 
• Customers that purchase Checkout+ receive free returns and a pre-paid return shipping label 
• Customers that did not purchase Checkout+ will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and will need to pay for their own return label.
• The balance of the purchase price excluding shipping will be refunded.
• If an individual item lists a deviation from this policy (such as no returns), then that deviation applies, and supersedes this return policy.
  
• Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after arrival to the warehouse
