Introducing Kappa Bullet

TriRig is proud to unveil a new component in our front-end ecosystem, the Kappa Bullet. This modular bottle cage nosecone sandwiches right below any standard cage like our own Kappa and Kappa Saddle cages, and provides convenient storage for gels or other nutrition. Two braided elastic bands mount in an X-pattern to keep your gels or wrappers out of sight, and protected underneath a 3D-optimized aero shell.

And unlike generic solutions to this problem, Kappa Bullet has two aces up its sleeve.

First, this product is modular. Kappa Bullet can be purchased on its own, or along with its integrated computer mount. Just one bolt allows you to attach an aero-matched computer platform to Kappa Bullet, providing an optimal location for Garmin or Wahoo style computers. The mount uses a four-bolt rosette so that you can rotate the insert depending on your computer, and inserts for Garmin and Wahoo devices come standard with the computer mount.

Second, the Kappa Bullet was independently validated with third-party wind tunnel test results. In the tunnel, adding a Kappa Bullet showed a consistent gain of over 5 Watts compared to just using a standard bottle cage in a BTA application. It’s one of the easiest and best bang-for-buck aero gains you will find anywhere. The test was performed with our own Kappa Cage, the strongest and most trusted no-launch bottle cage in the industry.

But as mentioned, Kappa Bullet is modular. It can be used with or without the computer holder, with our own Kappa cages or any standard bottle cage, and it can be mounted literally anywhere you put your bottle cages. BTA, behind the saddle, top tube, down tube. Anywhere. Kappa Bullet is made from the same fiber-reinforced nylon material as our Signature Scoops arm cups, to ensure a lifetime of robust and reliable service while keeping weight to an absolute minimum.
